HILA Workstation

High Inertia Low Acceleration platform

The HILA (High Inertia, Low Acceleration) Workstation was designed to provide an ultra-stable mechanical environment for cryogenic measurements. The system leverages a multi-stage active and passive vibration damping technique to isolate the cryogenic environment from both the vibrations of the cryostat itself and other sources of motion within a common lab environment. Energy within the sample space is minimized, creating the ideal environment for sensitive SPM, AFM or resonant cavity applications.

The HILA Workstation will be available Fall 2017. Please direct preliminary inquiries to sales@montanainstruments.com.
