If you have technical questions or a problem with a system, let us know. We want to help!

SUPPORT

At Montana Instruments, we want you to succeed in your Cryostation experience. If you have technical questions or think the system is malfunctioning, please let us know as soon as possible. Your options are:

1) Call us at the numbers to the right

2) Email us, including whatever technical information you can about the issue.

3) Find the data log files on your system and upload them to our FTP site or email them to us.

4) Fill out the request form below with your email and a description of your need.

5) Your system is equipped with software to allow us to log on and diagnose the system remotely. You will need to run our "Quick Support" program, then give us the temporary password so we can control your system remotely. Contact us for information on this.

USEFUL DATA FILES ON YOUR SYSTEM:

On your system, under the System > Diagnostics tab, find the button at the bottom that says "Open Saved Data Folder". Send us the most recent files from this named MI_DiagnosticsDataLog.csv and MI_TempDataLog_mm_dd_yyyy.csv

If these files are huge, you can send them to us via our FTP site. Email us for details.

You might also want to capture the screen image using Alt-PrtScrkeys on your keyboard.
