The low working distance (LWD) lid assembly enables applications requiring an external microscope objective.
The lid includes outer vacuum window holder with 11.9mm clear aperture and an inner window holder with 6mm clear aperture; windows provide a working distance of >3.0 mm
Alternate configuration: inset LWD version which further reduces the working distance to sample.
